Mental Wellbeing

Mental Wellbeing refers to cognitive, behavioural, and emotional well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. Looking after Mental Wellbeing can sustain a person’s ability to enjoy life. Doing this involves reaching a balance between life activities, responsibilities, and efforts to achieve psychological strength.

We want to view Mental Wellbeing in a positive light. This allows us to focus on strategies to help us with self-awareness,  self-communication, investment in self-development and the learning and application of essential life skills.
