FOOD SAFETY helps to protect from the risk of food borne illnesses. It also helps to prevent from risks of health –related conditions such as allergy and even death.

INFECTION CONTROL AWARENESS will teach you about the spread of infection and what you can do to protect both yourself and the people you care for.

FIRST AID AWARENESS is the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery.
